Hectic.

Tiring week for me..

Adam khoo's workshop, not so bad but time passes really quickly.

Things learnt ;

1: Choices have consequences.

2: Participate 100%

3: Past not equals to the future.

4: All for 1, 1 for all.

5: Competition never ends.

- Success = Ability to handle rejections.

- The greatest FAILURE in life is not PARTICIPATING 100%.

- Others opinion doesn't matter.

- There's no failure, only LEARNING EXPERIENCE.

1: Must be able to accept compliments/feedbacks/self.

2: Take risk
3: Be in control.

My fault, sigh. Nationals starts next wed, i wonder if i should continue playing volleyball or not.

I don't want to drag the whole team down.
